Good speed workout on the TM this morning. Warmed up for 1 mile, then did the following miles with a 1/4 mile recovery inbetween--7:30, 6:40, 6:40, 6:40, 6:40 recovered for 1/2 mile and then ran 1/2 mile at 6:00. 1 mile recovery at the end. 9 miles altogether. |
