Started off with an easy 2. Felt very tired after yesterday's two workouts. After warming up, I decided to do 1 on and 1 off at MP. Ran 7:47 for three of these and then ran the last two consecutive miles at 7:30 pace. Glad to have the 10 put down for the day. Now I'm going to eat a lot of good food and enjoy the rest of the day! |
